Easy website to navigate. This is my second time ordering from this site for Wedding Sparklers. We ordered last year for our daughter’s wedding the Sparklers were great! They all burned beautifully! Ordering again for our second daughter’s upcoming wedding!

Your employee walked me thru the payment process,Because I called to say I do not use PayPal…so he helped me to get the % discount and how to use my Amex card….exceptionally helpful

vear easy check out. Wish shipping wasn't so high however/ $9 for something that probably doesn't weigh more than an ounce is steep plus taking over a week to receive.

I'm very pleased with customer service I received when the incorrect sparklers were sent. I was immediately sent the right ones with no hesitation!! Awesome service. I'll definitely purchase from them again.

We didn't receive all of our sparklers - only one box - and I have been unable to get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue.

I originally received the incorrect Sky Lanterns. I emailed customer service and they were lovely. I verified with them what was delivered and they immediately sent me the correct lanterns. We used them to commemorate my father- in- law. It was beautiful.
