Shipping Method
Orders are shipped from Miami, Florida. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your stuff as quickly as possible. Having said that, there will be cases where some items will have to be shipped cross country and require 5+ days of shipping. We typically ship via UPS Ground for large/heavy products. Smaller orders may be shipped via the United State Postal Service (USPS) when the products can fit in a padded envelope or a small box — for comparison, think of a standard shoe box.
Qualifying Orders
- Free Standard Shipping applies only to orders being shipped to the contiguous 48 US states.
- Your shopping cart must have enough products to reach a minimum of $50 before sales tax. We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to any address within the state of Florida.
- Qualifying orders must select Free Standard Shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion.
Restrictions and Fees
- Shipping changes including intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment.
- International orders do not qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands do not qualify for free standard shipping.
