SAME DAY SHIPPING

Our cutoff time for same day shipping is 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, on weekdays only and excluding major National Holidays. Customized orders do not apply for same day shipping.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, excluding weekends and major National Holidays.

Orders placed outside regular business hours are processed and shipped the following business day. Saturday delivery available upon request.

RETURNS

Please read carefully before initiating a return request. You must obtain written authorization from us before returning your product. If approved, a return authorization number will be assigned to your order. If you return your product without prior authorization from us, your return will not be honored.

We do not accept exchanges for any item sold on our website or received free of charge through a promotion. We do not accept returns, partial or in full, for pyrotechnic items (wedding sparklers, cake sparklers, star shaped sparklers, heart shaped sparklers, dessert sparklers) or confetti cannons. All other items in our shop abide to a 14 day return policy from the moment they are received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, and a return request isn't initiated, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Returns will be refunded the full value of the order less a 20% restocking fee, less shipping charges to and from the shipping destination. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Partially used products from packaged sets can not be returned, for example, 12 led ice-cubes from a set of 24. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you purchase your own shipping label, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

In the event your order is incorrectly packaged by us, for example, an incorrect or defective item is sent, then return shipping costs are complimentary.

To initiate a return request, please email us to hello@sparklers.us and provide your order number and a reason for return. 


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Wedding Sparklers, Dessert Sparklers, and Cake Sparklers are non-refundable. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@sparklers.us.
