“We recently purchased two cold sparkler machines (Order #130464) for use at several upcoming events. Unfortunately, both machines failed during our first event, and we'd like to return them for a full refund.

Initially, everything worked well right out of the box, and we followed all instructions carefully, including running the cleaning cycle after the first use. However, neither machine produced sparks after the initial cycle, even after replacing the spark powder and running a full cycle again.

We reached out using the phone number listed on the invoice and were grateful to receive some outstanding customer support, including helpful troubleshooting videos via text. We followed the guidance, including adjusting the flathead screw on the side and attempting to access the fan-but unfortunately, neither machine could be restored to working order.

Given the issues and our inability to use the machines as intended, we would appreciate instructions on how to return the items for a refund.
