I originally received the incorrect Sky Lanterns. I emailed customer service and they were lovely. I verified with them what was delivered and they immediately sent me the correct lanterns. We used them to commemorate my father- in- law. It was beautiful.

It was normal - it was efficient - nothing grand and nothing horrible.
