What Are Your Shipping Options?

We offer standard and expedited shipping to ensure you get your party supplies before the special occasion! Our standard shipping time is between one and seven business days. 

Need your items faster than that? We also offer guaranteed three-, two- and one-day UPS shipping for extra quick deliveries. 

What Is Your Return Policy?

To return a defective or unopened item, please initiate a return request at hello@sparklers.us. If we approve your request, we will send you a return authorization number. 

We do not accept returns for pyrotechnic items, including sparklers and confetti cannons. All other items are subject to a 14-day return policy.

Do You Offer Refunds?

To receive a refund, please return your new or damaged item unopened within 14 days of receiving your authorization number. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
